Williamston Tornado

"A Thank You and a Job Well Done"
"A Thank You and a Job Well Done"
For those of you who gave of your time and assisted Ingham County and the City of Williamston during the October tornado... Thank you! And may I add, a job well done!!! Your willingness to give of your time (and sleep) is a certain reflection of the entire Lansing/Ingham ARPSC team! You made us all look very good!
It was not only your desire to give of your time, but the efforts you volunteered were professional. Because of that, we all look good to those who witnessed our abilities to provide emergency communications on many different levels. Outstanding job!
I may miss a few names of those of you that participated in the response. Please forgive me ahead of time, and I will correct the records if given a chance. However, I will not let the potential to miss someone, keep me from mentioning all that I do have recorded. For those of you that were unable or unaware of the activation, I would like to take this opportunity on behalf of all those that responded to say, “We learned a lot and it was certainly worth the effort!”
The City of Williamston and Ingham County appreciate your efforts and commitment! Many of you had similar stories of working the storm in the evening and returning to work all the next day as well!!! However I want to send along a special thanks to a couple of you who went above and beyond!
